MADVIK was set up to offer for sale personal protective equipment (PPE) in order to support charity organisations and health care providers. Most of the PPE is produced in Moldova, so when you buy from MADVIK you are supporting workers in the poorest country in Europe. A large percentage of MADVIK’s profits will go to sustain MAD-Aid charity’s programs. In short, by buying from us, you Help US to Help YOU, as well as Help Us to Help Them–those who need it most. 

Backstory: MAD-Aid, UK registered charity 1150955, has provided logistics and supported Moldovan hospitals since 2012 by delivering and recycling medical aid. At the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, together with volunteers in Moldova, MAD-Aid managed 5 million MDL (approx. 250 000 pounds) in donated funds to source and purchase medical equipment such as ventilators and PPE–gowns, overalls, mask, visors, gloves etc. The sourcing was a huge challenge considering the whole world was looking for the same items. Moldova being a small, insignificant country in the international arena, we decided to use our international team’s expertise (having volunteers and connections on all continents and speaking over 10 languages between us) to source high quality PPE for the UK. We started trading as MAD-Aid, but then the charity’s board of trustees suggested we set up as a separate entity. And so MADVIK Limited was formed. Our main aim and aspiration are to produce as much as possible in Moldova, giving employment to people in the poorest country in Europe, and import to the UK. At the moment the gowns, protective overalls, masks, disinfectant are produced in Moldova. All are CE certified. More products will be added. 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and BACS transfer.

Getting your products to you in the quickest time possible is a major priority for us. We are working hard to secure a supply chain that will allow us to deliver your order placed before 12 pm on the next day. Wholesale / bulk deliveries will depend on the quantity and may take up to seven days from your order placement. In exceptional cases where your order may be significantly delayed we will contact you directly to provide further information on your options.

The MADVIK operations team follows a comprehensive order process that should prevent any items being packaged and delivered incorrectly. However, in the unlikely event that your parcel does not match the order you placed with us, please contact us through this website or email sales@madvik.co.uk and we will gladly resolve the issue. 

Due to the nature of the products you have purchased through MADVIK, we are unable to accept returns of your order. We will instead Replace or Refund your item. To resolve any issue, a member of our team will be on hand to help you promptly. Please email info@madvik.co.uk.
